Drawing inspiration from his previous designs, namely the Lamborghini Marzal and Bertone Pirana, Gandini sculpted the Espada with sleek, dynamic lines. Under the hood, it boasted the revered 3,922 cc Lamborghini V-12 engine, designed by Giotto Bizzarrini and borrowed from the 400 GT, paired with a five-speed gearbox and Girling four-wheel disc brakes. Spanning production from 1968 to 1978, the Espada held the title of Lamborghini’s longest-running model until the advent of the Countach.

This 1976 Lamborghini Espada showcases a refined presence with its metallic silver exterior juxtaposed against a sumptuous tan leather interior and light carpeting. Being a Series III Espada, it incorporates all of Lamborghini’s evolutionary enhancements for the model, including an enhanced 350 bhp engine, standard power steering, and air-conditioning.
